Deco Plain

And another terrific deep-cut opportunity on premiere quality Hugh MacKay fine woollen broadloom, made in Britain for Britain to quote the manufacturer. ‘Deco Plains’ is a truly lovely under-stated loop with a distinct Brussels weave appearance to the surprisingly hard 3 ply wool pile. Tufted at an honest 40 oz per sq yard, it has a 10 year Guarantee for Heavy Domestic wear, is backed with mildew and rot-proof secondary Action backing yet manages a Tog rating of just 1.82, thus remains compatible with underfloor heating, subject to the use of the correct underlay (as above for Natural Weave we’d recommend Tredaire King). Joining loops require consummate skill, which makes this principally horizon-wide 5 metre scoop perfect for those with larger rooms with seams kept to a minimum and more choice over where they may be situated. In a contemporary palette of natural beiges and vogue greys, our 2023 price for this fine broadloom was £22.95 yd2, but with only some 2,500 yards going begging, it will be wise not to delay – just £6.99 yd2 (£8.36 m2). Nobody beats Trago prices!!
